The lady that attend us was very friendly and kind.

I like the mirrows and sailboat decoration of the lobby and the rustic style of the room

The air conditioner do not go up to the second floor, so we have to turn on a fan to refresh the room. I cant stand fan because of asma problem, so i have to stay very HOT in the room

What was the highlight of Casa Jardin Boutique

The location was very good and walking distance to center. My room was fine and bed comfortable.

Caesar who was waiting for me to check in late at nite. Josephine who made bkf for me. Did not have contact with anyone else because of no front desk, no information. A little strange set up.....

A little more contact and information about tours and things to do in Cartagena . As I mentioned there was no real front desk. First nite I got in late after 11pm. At about 2am some people came in and played loud music and partied!!

Close to everything! Our favourite place in the 6 months we have travelled

Seriously do yourself a favour and stay here. My partner and I have been travelling for 6 months throughout South America and this was our favourite place. It was cheaper than paying for two dorm beds in Cartegena. It was close to everything, walking distance to the old town bars and restaurants while also positioned walking distance to the fort and shopping mall. The room had the best air conditioning, an actual large bathroom(with a counter top) with a rain shower(big shower head) a walk in robe! So good to have our bags out of the way. There was also a fridge in the room to keep drinks cold if needed. They supplied drinking water as well. The breakfast....wow! It was different all three days we were there and so delicious - fresh juice, fruit, omelette and then whatever the days meal was. Oh and the coffee is amazing and they have milk available! We felt like the only ones there! It was nice and quiet and we throughly enjoyed having the cold rooftop spa to ourselves watching the sun set. The towels and sheets were amazing, the room was cleaned every day and we could come and go as we pleased.

Spacious room, soft bed, clean linen, nicely working...

Spacious room, soft bed, clean linen, nicely working airconditioning and fan, large showerhead, well-decorated room. Fresh fruits in the morning and the jacuzzi on the roof is definitely a plus. Nice little garden to eat and relax and a chill vibe. Would book again!

We booked a nice room away from the street and put our luggage in it in the morning before we went exploring the city. However when we came back, all of our stuff was moved to another room without telling us ahead. We already unpacked, plus the room we got instead was in the side of the street, so we heard a lot of noise. The owner made a mistake and double booked our room. Of course we understand that mistakes can happen, but we thought it was very inappropriate and unprofessional we weren't informed about this.

Construction noise from a mall right across the the hotel and party noise at night.

We changed our hotel because the problems could not be solved.

Nice breakfast, friendly people

There was absolutely no air to breath in one of the rooms we had, although there was an air conditioning. No possibility to open the window,because everyone could look into the room in that case. The room was situated in a semi-cellar (3 steps to the basement) leading to the courtyard, where the breakfast was served. It was stuffy, dark and hot. Even our kids (who are not really picky) complained. In the second room we had no water to take a shower or wash hands and both could not be repaired. There is a huge and ugly house built up at the opposite so after 7 o’clock AM it was noisy. In one of our rooms water was dripping from the ceiling, (probably from the leaky whirlpool wich was lokated on the roof top).

We had a slight problem with our original room and Mrs...

We had a slight problem with our original room and Mrs Josefina changed us right away. She was very helpfull all the time and made a lovely breakfast.

Not much bothered us in this place. Simple, but very well located and the structure offered all it should.

When we weren't happy with our first cramped room, we...

When we weren't happy with our first cramped room, we were offered a huge two story with fridge, couch and three beds for the same price... fabulous!

We were only offered one bath towel and one hand towel for our entire stay.

Excellent location

The breakfast was good: juice, fruit, toasts and eggs made right on the spot. The location of the hotel is excellent (it is inside "la muralla").

I did not feel super safe with the stairs that go up to hot tub.
